Born and raised on a working Dales farm Linda has lived close to nature all her life.

Painting and sketching have always been integral in her life. During studying for her degree in Graphic Design Linda was often told she spent too much time on detail – years later she still gets lost in detail, often spending hours perfecting each part of the layout of her intricate paintings – and that’s before she even starts to apply the paint!

Linda works from her studio at home, allowing her to combine her life long love of painting with helping out on the farm – she is truly a ‘hands on’ artist!!
